• Criminal Background Check -- violent crimes, prostitution, domestic violence, and/or involvement in the possession of weapons or illegal substances are grounds for denial of an application.

Applications take 2-3 business days to process. Security deposit is due immediately upon approval. The first month's rent is prorated, and is due on move in day.
